English Diary: Dragon Boat Festival

🎉 Today is the Dragon Boat Festival! 🎉 I woke up early and joined my family for breakfast. We had zongzi, a traditional sticky rice dumpling, which is a must-eat dish for this festival. The weather was sunny and warm, perfect for the day's activities. 🌞
After breakfast, we went to the park to watch the dragon boat races. The boats were colorful and decorated with dragon motifs. The athletes were energetic, paddling as fast as they could. It was exciting to see the teams competing fiercely. 🚣♂️🚣♀️
In the afternoon, we visited an old temple near our home. It was filled with people offering incense and prayers for their ancestors. The atmosphere was solemn and respectful. 🙏
As the day came to an end, we prepared lanterns and released them into the sky. The lanterns glowed beautifully, symbolizing the hope for a good harvest and happiness. 🎇
What a wonderful day! I feel lucky to celebrate this special festival with my family. I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings. 😊

🎉 今天是端午节！🎉 我一大早就醒了，和家人一起吃早餐，我们吃了粽子，这是庆祝这个节日必吃的传统食物，天气晴朗温暖，非常适合今天的活动。🌞
早餐后，我们去公园观看了龙舟赛，龙舟色彩鲜艳，装饰着龙的图案，运动员们充满活力，奋力划桨，看到各个队伍激烈竞争，非常兴奋。🚣♂️🚣♀️
下午，我们参观了家附近的一座古庙，庙里充满了烧香祈祷的人，他们为祖先祈求，气氛庄重而肃穆。🙏
随着天色渐晚，我们准备了灯笼，放飞到天空中，灯笼闪闪发光，象征着丰收的希望和幸福。🎇
多么美好的一天！我很幸运能和家人一起庆祝这个特别的节日，我迫不及待地想看看明天会带来什么。😊
