Today is a sunny day, and I am excited to write my English campus diary. As a freshman in this international university, I have experienced so many interesting things since I arrived.
In the morning, I attended an English class with my professor, Dr. ++ith. He is very friendly and patient, which makes me feel more comfortable in learning English. We discussed various topics, such as the differences between American and Chinese cultures. It was fascinating to learn about the similarities and differences between our two countries.
After class, I went to the library to study. The campus library is a great place to focus on my studies. I spent two hours reading a book about global warming. It was an eye-opener, and I learned a lot about the environmental issues we are facing today.
Lunchtime was a great opportunity to meet new friends. I had a delicious meal with some international students, and we shared our experiences and cultural backgrounds. It was amazing to hear about their adventures in different countries.
In the afternoon, I joined a campus club called "English Corner." It's a place where students can practice their English speaking skills in a relaxed environment. I met a group of enthusiastic students, and we had a lively conversation about our favorite movies. It was a fun way to improve my English and make new friends.
After dinner, I attended a campus event called "International Night." It was a celebration of different cultures, with performances, food, and music. I danced to some traditional Chinese songs and tried some delicious international dishes. It was a memorable evening, and I felt grateful for the diverse community I am part of.
As I reflect on my day, I realize how much I have grown since I came to this university. The English language has become an integral part of my life, and I am excited to continue learning and exploring new things. Here's to another day of adventures in the English-speaking campus!
