寒假英语日记
Dear Diary,
Today marks the third day of my winter vacation, and I'm already having a blast! The sun is shining brightly, and I've decided to spend my morning at the local library to catch up on some reading. I picked up a book on English literature, which is not only entertaining but also helping me improve my vocabulary.
After a delicious lunch with my family, I took a walk in the park. The air was crisp, and the birds were chirping, making it the perfect setting for a bit of English practice. I started a conversation with a foreign tourist, and we spoke about the local culture and our favorite books. It was a great opportunity to practice my speaking skills.
In the afternoon, I enrolled in an online English course. The teacher is from the UK, and she has a wonderful accent. I'm learning so much from her! Today, we focused on verb tenses, and I feel confident that I'm on the right track.
As the day comes to an end, I'm looking forward to a quiet evening at home. I plan to watch an English movie with subtitles to improve my listening skills. I'm also thinking of writing a short story in English, which I'll share with my teacher next week.
It's amazing how much progress I've made during this short寒假. I'm excited to see what the rest of the vacation has in store for me. Until tomorrow, my dear diary, keep me company in my English journey.
