Today marks the beginning of the most awaited festival in China, the Spring Festival, also known as Chinese New Year. The atmosphere is buzzing with excitement and joy. My family and I have decorated our home with red lanterns and couplets, symbolizing good fortune and happiness. We've prepared a sumptuous feast with traditional dishes like dumplings and fish, which symbolize wealth and prosperity. In the evening, we gathered around the fireplace, enjoying the warmth and laughter. Fireworks lit up the sky, painting a beautiful display of colors. It's a wonderful time to celebrate with loved ones and wish for a prosperous year ahead.
The Spring Festival is not just a time for celebration; it's also a time for reflection and gratitude. I'm thankful for all the love and support my family has given me throughout the year.
