【暑期英语日记】
Dear Diary,
Today is the first day of my summer vacation, and I am so excited! The sun is shining brightly, and the birds are chirping melodiously. I decided to start my holiday by writing in my diary, which is something I haven't done in a while.
After finishing my last exam, I felt a huge sense of relief. It's been a long semester, and now I have all the time in the world to relax and enjoy myself. This morning, I woke up early and had a delicious breakfast of pancakes and fresh orange juice. It was the perfect way to kick off my holiday.
In the afternoon, I went to the beach with my family. The sand was warm, and the water was crystal clear. We spent hours building sandcastles and splashing around in the waves. It was so much fun, and I even learned a few new English words from my little brother, who is always full of surprises.
In the evening, we had a barbecue in our backyard. We grilled some delicious burgers and hot dogs, and everyone was laughing and enjoying the evening. I also played some beach volleyball with my friends, which was a great workout.
As the day came to an end, I sat on the porch and watched the stars come out. It was a peaceful and serene moment, and I felt grateful for the simple joys of life. I am looking forward to the rest of my summer, filled with adventures, relaxation, and lots of English learning.
Tomorrow, I plan to go to the library and borrow some English books. I want to improve my reading skills and maybe even start a new book club with some friends. I also want to practice my English speaking by joining a conversation group.
Summer is here, and I am ready to embrace it with open arms. Here's to a fun and educational holiday!
